We step in near the end of the process to organize final logistics, confirm vendors, and oversee the wedding day itself—so you’re not answering questions, tracking timelines, or managing moving parts when it matters most.

Final pricing varies based on location, guest count, and add-ons like extended coverage or rehearsal support. Most Essentials clients invest between $2,750–$3,250.

Interested in our services but hosting a destination wedding or planning outside of West Michigan? We’re happy to travel. For events beyond 60 miles from Grand Rapids, travel and accommodations may be required.
