I’m Danielle, founder and principal planner of Futtitinni Events. I love a beautiful room, a well-run celebration, and getting to know the people behind both.

I bring more than 20 years of event experience, honest advice, and a sense of humor to the planning process. You can tell me what you’re excited about, what’s overwhelming you, and which traditions you’d happily skip. We’ll build from there.

It started with
the place settings.

My aunt remembers me at five, rearranging place settings and offering outfit advice at our loud Italian Christmas gatherings. Apparently, I had opinions long before I had a job title.

My actual start in events was washing dishes at a country club. Soon I was setting ceremony chairs and turning rooms around for receptions. I loved watching the behind-the-scenes work become a celebration.

A flower nursery, a stationery shop, backyards, and ballrooms followed. Each taught me how a day comes together—and how much the people doing the work matter.

I founded Futtitinni in 2018. Those experiences still shape my approach: thoughtful design, practical guidance, and respect for every vendor’s role.

Architecture, design, dogs—I can proudly talk about any of them for hours. I’m also full of random facts, so a conversation with me may take a few interesting turns.

I love a reason to celebrate. Big milestones, small wins, and yes, even not burning the chicken.

A celebration is something we experience together.

I’ve always been fascinated by people: how they connect, what puts them at ease, and what makes them feel welcome. The celebrations I remember most are the ones where guests have been considered from the beginning.

That means thinking about the people who’ve traveled to celebrate with you: how they arrive, where they gather, and whether they feel cared for along the way.

The way an event feels matters as much as the way it looks. When you care deeply about the people in the room, we can create something beautiful for you that they’ll feel part of, too.
