We help shape the celebration from the first ideas through the day itself: a working budget, the right vendors, a welcoming layout, and a plan for how it all comes together.

Design is part of the conversation. We develop a mood board and guide choices for color, florals, rentals, and paper details so everything feels connected and personal to you.

When your guests arrive, our team manages setup, vendors, and the flow of the event. You can pull up a chair and be part of it.

Planning support follows the agreed milestones and communication standards. Your proposal defines final deliverables, onsite coverage, staffing, installation, and closeout.
Additional design revisions, guest communications, rental returns, extended coverage, travel, and third-party costs are scoped separately.
