You retain responsibility for vendor selection, primary planning, and original design decisions. A ceremony rehearsal of up to 60 minutes is available separately for $250, plus applicable travel and lodging. Vendor sourcing, procurement, offsite décor delivery, and vendor-owned installation or strike require a separate scope.

We gather the vendor details you provide and lead final vendor coordination closer to the wedding. You remain responsible for research, selections, ordering, and implementation. Custom design production, sourcing, and unlimited communication are outside this collection.

Your proposal defines the active service period and each person’s responsibilities. Vendor approvals, signatures, payments, and client-owned tasks remain with you. Procurement, stationery production, website data entry, and RSVP management are included only when expressly contracted.

One 60-minute ceremony rehearsal and up to 10 consecutive onsite hours with a lead planner and one assistant are included in the baseline. Investment begins at $17,500 with the venue secured. Original Event Design is separately scoped.

• We lead full-service planning for one date and one secured location, with up to seven named vendor workstreams and up to eight consecutive hours onsite. Investment begins at $12,500. Original Event Design, travel, and added production are separately scoped.

We lead full-service planning for one ceremony and celebratory meal at one secured location, with up to five named vendor workstreams and up to six consecutive hours onsite. Investment begins at $8,500. Original Event Design, travel, and additional events are separately scoped.

• We help you organize priorities, work through budget and logistical decisions, develop planning timelines, and prepare a clear handoff for the team you hire onsite. The consultation cadence, written deliverables, and any additional design guidance are defined in your proposal. You retain local implementation and direct vendor relationships. Onsite coordination, vendor management, site visits, and sourcing are separately contracted.
