We don’t believe one month is enough — because by then, the stress has already kicked in. That’s why our coordination support begins 8 weeks out, at a minimum, giving us time to finalize your timeline, connect with your vendors, and wrap up all those loose ends before things get busy.
We’re not a pickup-and-deliver service — and if you’re looking for someone to simply show up and wing it, we’re probably not the right fit. Our month-of clients want calm, clarity, and confidence going into their day, and that takes a little time to build.
If you’re planning most of your wedding yourself but would love expert support on the final details, vendor communication, or specific logistics — our Essentials and Enhanced packages offer personalized one-on-one guidance to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Request Rental AvailabilityA “+” means you can request larger quantities. Final availability, lead time, and any sourcing costs are confirmed in your proposal. Sending a request does not reserve items.
A $250 minimum applies to standalone rentals. Delivery, pickup, installation, styling, travel, labor, and after-hours collection are additional unless your proposal includes them. Final quantities, rental period, payment and cancellation terms, care, damage, and return requirements are outlined in your rental agreement. A security deposit may be required.
