We don’t believe one month is enough — because by then, the stress has already kicked in. That’s why our coordination support begins 8 weeks out, at a minimum, giving us time to finalize your timeline, connect with your vendors, and wrap up all those loose ends before things get busy.
We’re not a pickup-and-deliver service — and if you’re looking for someone to simply show up and wing it, we’re probably not the right fit. Our month-of clients want calm, clarity, and confidence going into their day, and that takes a little time to build.
If you’re planning most of your wedding yourself but would love expert support on the final details, vendor communication, or specific logistics — our Essentials and Enhanced packages offer personalized one-on-one guidance to help you feel supported every step of the way.

Our Coordination Essentials package begins 8 weeks out and is designed for couples who’ve done the planning but need a trusted team to take the reins. We’re not just confirming logistics—we’re spotting gaps, troubleshooting before issues arise, and bringing calm, clear guidance to your wedding weekend.
You’ll receive hands-on support, personalized timelines, and day-of management—plus a dedicated assistant already included, so setup and guest flow feel seamless from the start.
We also offer curated partnerships with trusted local vendors and national brands to help streamline your to-do list and save you time and money when it matters most.
Final pricing varies based on location, guest count, and add-ons like extended coverage or rehearsal support. Most Essentials clients invest between $2,800–$3,500.
